I take 1 tablespoon twice daily. It is kind of a sticky oily product that requires one to wipe the measuring spoon with a paper towel before washing. Also, it is difficult to use in a blender with fruit because it is so sticky. For the price, it is a fantastic product, and is very, very useful to add to one's diet for overall health. I buy three 32oz bottles every three months.

The bottle was bigger than I thought but it worked out, I poured it into 2 smaller bottles. This stuff s hard to find and I was glad you had it at a good price. Yes, I would get it again.

I've priced this at many, many websites and this is the best price I could find for this product. It's a very inexpensive way to get phosphatidylcholine, choline and inositol!

While this is good quality lecithin, it's important to realize that this stuff is messy and hard to clean up. It's thick and tends to leave drips on the edge of the bottle and if you're not scrupulous about cleaning them up, the cap will get buildup around it, the bottle will get drips down it, and your hand will get slimed every time you pick it up. Using soap to clean it up doesn't really work very well. Probably the best way to clean it up is to add oil to the thing you're trying to clean and mix the lecithin into the oil and then wash that off.

It is almost impossible to find this product anywhere else. It costs a lot less on your site than the one other place I found it. The only thing I would like better is, that I really want to find a brand that will tell me that there is no GMO in the product.

This stuff is sooo sticky it is hard to get off the spoon and when I try to push it off with my finger it sticks to that and you have to use hot soapy water to get it to budge! If you put it into a blender for a smoothie a good portion sticks to the side of the blender jar. I put it in hot soup hoping to dissolve it but the dad gum stuff got stuck all over my lips, teeth, and the roof of my mouth. The only place I found I could add it was to scrambled eggs and it was OK there and only my lips got a wee bit sticky. I gave up and ordered their granules instead.
