Isn’t the best camera because take so long every time that you want to login from your phone but the quality is really good, I don’t like the plans that they have for recording, I think are so expensive they have weekly and monthly plans. I have another camera at home is another brand and I just pay $20 every year and for this camera is $59.99 but sometimes they have promotions for $39.99 for cloud storage also you have the option to put a memory in the camera but I think is more safe to get the cloud storage

This is a good little Cam. I use it for a pet cam but it is versatile in its uses. One of the positives is that it plugs in not battery operated also it has a hidden space up under the cam eye for a SD TF card so there’s no need for their cloud storage that costs money every month. It turns via an app that you easily download and operate once you figure it out. You can also configure it to auto track It does have night vision but of course it is black and white. The audio is lacking in quality but so are the more expensive ones I give this a good grade.

It was great at first but it is constantly disconnecting from the internet so it stops working every 36 hours or so and we have to restart the camera. It is quite annoying. The app itself we have to restart every 30 minutes or so to get a “consistent” visual.

Just ordered this product and received it opened and damaged, don’t know if anyone else has had this problem but will be returning- unsure if I will be ordering another one or a different brand. There’s no point in trying to set it up because of the clear damage so I cannot say whether it works appropriately or not.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It doesn’t connect to certain wifi connection (5g) which is so common in households. I tried reaching out to the company for help with setting it up. Thinking maybe I’m just doing it wrong but I haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone or email and it’s been two weeks since I received my item. It moves on it own which is odd because we can get it connected to our WiFi so how and who is controlling the camera. I unplugged it and stored it away. I will be looking deeper into this company. Sure am disappointed in the product %26 service support or lack there of. This item is originally like 60-80$ and I got it for 20$. Now I know why. The low rating reviews are very accurate in describing the trouble with this camera. Do not purchase this camera. It is not safe for your home or children !

*BEWARE* It was open when i received it. i plugged in to make sure it was working i hooked it up through the app and 30 mins later i got a notification through my netgear nighthawk app saying they blocked an attempted Dos attack (Denial of service) attemped on this camera Right away someone was trying to break into my network. This did come directly from china. i will be sending info to local authorities.

After haven’t received my item Walmart is gonna tell me they cannot refund me because it say it was delivered, they have no proof than they keep saying it say it was delivered, I ask delivered where they can’t even tell me I can’t believe this is how Walmart treat their customer this happens a couple days ago and Walmart show me a photo and apologize and refund me cause they delivered it to the wrong address now they are saying it say it was delivered then show me the proof I keep asking where it’s delivered where is the proof they can’t send anything it’s always a problem with Walmart when it comes to delivery and I’m sure I’m not the only one having this problem when it’s not packages delaying or lost in transit it’s package be theif by same delivery driver or being delivered to the wrong address

The product began sending data to China, Singapore, and other countries as soon as it was plugged in. Including an I.P. address in China listed as one in America... So unless you want your private conversations phoned home to China, or recordings of your babies, do not buy this... The image shows a 15 portion of the traffic through our firewall, all of which will be blocked...
