We had an ill elderly cat. Tried everything. Everything pet stores carry. Professional carpet cleaners. Home carpet shampooers. You need something else to sanitize but this gets rid of the smell like nothing else. It works better than the scented stuff. Absolutely saturate the area if the smell may have soaked in. Our house smells normal now and you can get as close as you want to the carpet. No lingering smell.

I got a UPS package from Walmart a few days ago that was seriously damaged. It (presumably) originally contained four bottles of unscented/fragrance-free Fabreez. When I got it, it contained three full bottles and one totally empty bottle that had had the spray assembly removed. The box didn't appear to have been wet, but was horribly mangled in the area of the empty bottle and a there was big, gaping opening, big enough for a hand clutching a bottle of Febreeze to remove, empty, and replace said bottle. I'd like to file a claim, but I don't know where and how.
