I saw elliptical leg exercisers advertised on TV, and I wanted one for my BD gift. I decided to research which one had better reviews. This one has better reviews, so hubby bought it for me. I love that I am actually pedaling. I have used it nonstop, and sometimes twice a day. I absolutely LOVE IT! This leg exerciser makes exercising seamless. I can sit and pray while exercising, watch TV, and much more. Yes!
Very good for circulation and building muscles that were lost to paralysis from waste down and after surgery gained feelings back in legs. spent 1 year in wheel chair and now is learning to stand up and get out of wheel chair. The little under the desk bicycle is a magic worker for exercising legs, ankles, and knees
I bought this for my father and he liked it so much I decided to purchase a second one for myself. It is great for under the desk when I am working. I take turns between the auto mode and manual to keep my circulation good when sitting for long hours.
The E5 is making a big difference in my mobility. My knees and ankles are more flexible than ever, and my balance is improving the more I use it. The stability of the machine is rock solid and the quality is there.
Product as described. User friendly. Might be helpful to keep near an outlet. Cord is not very long but that's the point. So no one trips over it. Mom has sore knees but when sitting, is able to accumulate several steps with this sitting elliptical.
30 days after my wife's 3rd back surgery bought elliptical for her rehab and now she's getting back to walking little by little. Seeing good results.
Love this under desk elliptical ! I had a knee replacement and this is great to keep my new knee in shape !
instructions could be more comprehensive.
this is a good little machine. It tends to move around on carpet when I use it, so I put heavy books in front to keep it in place. It also doesn't count calories burned, but I can manually calculate it, basically.
Tried several times with customer service kept telling me to review the manual I asked for proper sequence was to check manual.
