This is an exceptional exercise bench. While it is too narrow for larger frames, it is ideal for average to small builds. Manufacturer offers other models suitable for larger individuals as well at a reasonably higher price. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall sturdiness and quality of design, build, and materials for the price...no, no...I was shocked. Try as I might, I cannot find a single flaw in this bench. The resistance bands are aligned with the size of the bench; ideal for average to small framed beginners or physical therapy, but not for intermediate to advanced strength training; although, aftermarket resistance bands and free weights can effectively be used with the bench. Assembly is as easy as it possibly can be and bench includes all tools necessary for full assembly. This UPGO bench absolutely represents best quality and overall value attainable in it's space. Highly recommend.

Nice sturdy chest press. Works great but it is a bit narrow. I have an average shoulder width and it works great. If you have broad shoulders this machine will be a bit difficult to use.

This is a great machine and Walmart had the best price i could find. I've been working out more than I was before getting this machine and I can certainly feel a huge difference in the impact. I highly recommend this machine.

This bench works well for me. It was very easy to put it together. Did it myself. It folds up easily also. I'm a 5 ft tall female and I can fold it up and move it around easily to store it. I keep it behind my couch. It's durable. My much larger, tall boyfriend uses it also. It supports his weight just fine. I do have it in my livingroom on rug and it has no issues with balance. So on rainy days or when I'm lazy I work out at home.

it was pretty easy to build (i did it myself). it's nice and lightweight so it's easy to move if necessary. the resistance bands are a good addition to the arsenal. my one issue is that it can slide or tilt if not careful (the weight being the cause) so be sure to take it slow and make sure you're somewhere that it won't slide. (i was about to start inclined rows when i noticed). even with this issue its still a good addition and i don't regret my purchase.

Works really good, smooth, and quiet. Only complaint is how far the grips stick out, making it difficult to lay down if you have wide shoulders.

The bench arrived with a rip in the vinyl!
