Comes with a rechargeable battery and AAA battery (4) adapter which is helpful when you can recharge it. Has 3 lighting modes. The twist to zoom feature works well. The wide zoom is bright enough to light a dark room, very helpful in case of emergencies. The narrow zoom has a range of almost 1/3 miles. It also comes with a USB port, which can be used as a power bank for quick charging. Also, impact resistant and water resistant. Definitely recommend.

We use it every morning and night, whenever it is dark out, to scan our backyard for skunks before we let the dogs out to go potty. I also take it outside with me to check for black widows and slugs at night, so, it has had a lot of use. I've only charged it once, or maybe twice, but it hasn't even fully died yet, just gets a little dim when it needs a charge. I absolutely love the "zoom" and it is the clearest and brightest flashlight I've ever seen, outdoing every Surefire, Fenix, and Streamlight I've had. Highly recommend!!

It's not only rechargeable but also comes with a battery powered backup just in case of emergency. It has 3 very bright light modes and zooms over 1/3 of a mile. There is also a USB port in case you need to charge your phone or another device. It's also water and impact resistant. Great accessory for living in a state that constantly has hurricanes and power outages.

The battery lasts quite a while and doesn't have to be charged as often as simipar flashlights do. My only issue is when you turn the flashlight to focus the beam. It's a little crunchy, sounding and feeling.
