I had luck in the past with the room plugin when adding a cat to the household. Both cats calmed right down. So when I realized they make a spray I used for my 7hr road trip which my cat doesn' tolerate well. He normally tries standing up a lot and gets carsick, but this time he spent most of the time in loaf position. he never actually fell asleep, which would have been ideal. Still enough for 5 stars
Moved across country and vet recommended spraying down the cats pillows and blankets and their tent for the move. Sprayed down the tents and aired them out for 15 minutes before introducing to the cats. Definitely helped keep them calm with all the chaos going on and throughout the move
Surprised how easy this was to use and how well it worked - didn't really think it was going to calm the cat easily but for cat-sitting was a great way to help things stay calm. first day without this, cat was very agitated. sprayed on jeans/shoes 15mins before going to visit cat - cat stayed a distance but wasn't angry. second day with spray, cat came close - no aggression. third day with spray, cat rubbed on legs.
I have use this product to spray in the cat carrier prior to checking my cat to the vet and prior to a flight on an airplane as carry-on. It seems to help is the anxiety. I spray it in the carrier onto a towel about 45 to 30 minutes prior to putting the cat in.
Easy to use. Helped my mature cat deal with a "zoomie" new kitten. Helped the new kitten settle into the new environment quickly.
I got this to calm my cat so I could put him in a carrier, but the instructions say to apply the spray in the carrier 15 minutes before you put the cat in. And after you spray it you'll realize why, because it's mostly ethanol. You'll need to be careful not to asphyxiate yourself or your kitty. And no ignition source nearby. It's a little expensive, but it did help calm my cat. I didn't try to get him in the carrier, but I would try to anticipate when he might go into his hiding spot (lightning %26 thunder), his bed under my bed. I'd spray that a little while before a storm, and I could tell he wasn't stressing nearly anything like he used to. You just have to anticipate 15 minutes or more before you think your cat will stress out and where they go for a safe place, that's when and where to use it IMO.
it leaked all over the box was not full a lot missing. don't feel it really worked
This does not seem to make any difference to my cat at all. Living in Florida we get some pretty crazy summer storms and I thought that by spraying this on the blanket where my cat likes to hide would help. In fact now she hides in different places. Oh well.
this is a waste of time it does nothing for cats don't matter how much you spray i think its just a SCAM by these companies'
It doesn't help my cat at all! What a waste of money !
