Jars arrived broken
The jam is amazing and tastes incredible on a slice of toasted sourdough. 5 stars for that! I'm giving 1 star for the quality of the packaging of the product when shipping to customers. I've ordered this twice and both times, the contents arrived damaged. The first time I ordered, 2 jars arrived broken. I returned them to the store for a refund. Second time I ordered, I thought I got lucky and only one jar was broken, and would've been fine with that, but turns out there were two jars. I didn't return these for a refund and just kept them because I wanted the jam. Do better with the packaging of the product and shipping.
