Fellowes 01626 Box File/Cube Box Shell - File/Cube Box Shell, Legal/Letter, White/Blue

I have purchased this item twice - it has been a welcome addition to my now completely organized craft room. Easy to put together, sturdy and adaptable to any configuration, I would highly recommend this Bankers Box Shell to anyone looking for some order in their lives :D

I have become a big user of Bankers Boxes over the last few years. I use them for storage purposes and to transport items from place to place. These "box shells" make it easier to get to boxes that are stored on top of each other. Only issue I have with this item is the price. With tax, these box shells cost about $8/shell. I guess the price is not that bad, since these shells are well built and most likely will last forever if you take care of them. On the other hand, you are paying quite a bit for basically cardboard and a little metal. I also want to mention that Fellowes, the company that makes this item, has great customer service. One of the shells I received was defective, and just by making a call to the company they went ahead and sent me a replacement. I love when companies stand behind their products.

Bought these to store personal files and supplies. Its great that I can stack them whichever way I want.

There are only 6 not the displayed 15 on the image

Got a message saying delivery is delayed. In the message, I was invited to cancel the purchase if the delay is a problem. I immediately tried to cancel, a couple days have passed, and no action has been taken on my request.

I ordered the banker box shells. I ordered them because the picture has 15 shells in it and that's what I thought I was ordering. I know the description said 6 shells per carton. But when I got the shells I only got 1 carton of 6. I call customer service the lady told me that it only comes with 6. If I know I was going to get only 6 shells I would not ordered them. The shells look like they are make real good. Now I don't know what to do. 6 don't do me any good since I already bought 20 banker boxes

Picture shows 15 cubes with boxes I only got 6 and no boxes, if I knew I had to read every detail, I would have never ordered online.
