So I invested in this larger one, works amazing, had a small issue with it call the 1-800 and they were amazing helping me with the problem and took good care of me...

I wish I would've bought one sooner! It is pretty quiet and does a great job cutting everything up. I have used this tiny thing and a noise maker shredder for a long time and I don't know why I tortured myself and didn't upgrade. This will be a lifesaver. I think I'll get my moneys worth out of it.

Very nice professional shredder. It actually shreds paper into micro pieces. The bin is large enough that you can shred many documents before having to empty and I like the fact that it has an indicator light that lets you know to stop as the machine is reaching a heating limit.

I've only been using it a little while but, this shredder is great! It's quiet and versatile. If you have a stack of paper to shred, you put the stack in the feeder section on the top, press a button and walk away. The shredder automatically feeds each sheet and shreds it into tiny pieces. You can hand feed the paper, too, if you want. It's totally worth the price.

We previously had the Fellowes shredded that took 16 pages at a time, and this shredder is the best compared to the other. It is hands free and works great. On a plus note it is super quite.

Having never used an auto shredder before this is a game changer! Absolutely love this machine. I've just started using it but the auto shred feature works very well… and so far extremely happy with the purchase.

Just love the features and how silent it is. Purchased another model that was loud and noisy in a quiet workplace and it jammed up in 2 days. Returned it and got this one. It's way way better.

Just started using the shredder, but it is very quiet, and the autofeeder works great. The crosscut out-put is veryimpressive and will be exactly what my office needs.

It has some issues, when cool and i just run 5 or 6 pieces of paper thought it works fine but if its warm from maybe 20 or 30 it won't turn off, i come back in the room and its still running 20 minutes later, cleening the sensors make no difference, i have to turn it off manually.

the auto-feed jams every time. we love our other fellowes products but this is the worst shredder
