Well Worth The Money!!!
The Most Quietest Shredder I Have Ever Used!!!! I Filled The Basket Twice With No Issues (It Did Over Heat Once, But That's To Be Expected) Absolutely Worth The Money Buying This! I Took At The Extra Insurance, Just in Case! I've Wanted One For Awhile!!! Very Pleased!!!

Very reliable
I've had an enormous amount of shredding to do and this shredder has been able to keep up. I've not had any problems with jams. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Not Perfect-But Very Close To It
Using a variety of postage materials, I tried to hit the 20 min shutdown mark. Ran out of materials at 16 min and the shredder wasn't breaking a sweat. The auto reverse surprised me when it came on and cleared the problem in 1 sec. Good feature. My only criticism is the bin. I use a plastic bag to catch the shreds (too messy otherwise). This obscures the sight window.
