this shredder is great! Was able to clean out old documents from my filing cabinet to create more space. The only thing I would recommend when purchasing this shredder, or any shredder, is be sure to purchase the Performance Oil to help keep it running like new.

The best shredder I have ever owned. It is a lot smaller than I expected, but the micro-shredding really means it holds a lot more. It was a great price and arrived quickly. This is not for big shredding jobs, but for the average home owner it is perfect.

Paying less than $20.00 for this shredder and having it work so great was a great experience. I put my mail back into the envelope and then put it into the shredder. So far, so good! The mail loads easily. I've also used the credit card shredder function and that works great too. I will definitely recommend it all.

I bought this to replace a Fellowes cross cut shredder I had had for many years and finally the motor gave out. And I LOVE the microshred, it's easier (less messy) to dispose of the shredded paper, and goes so much faster. I only use this personally, not for a business.

Received the product ordered a couple days after purchasing **** Once received and unpacking to look it over, on ****, I found instructions how to operate, all parts, and a card inviting me to register my item with the Fellowes appliance company to be entered to possibly win $****. HOWEVER,! The card expiration to register is ****!!!!! So, it makes me think, Did I just order an outdated device, that would not be repairable because they stopped making parts should I have trouble. I don't use it regularly so, it shouldn't go bad under warranty given, but I am concerned just how old of a product I was sold? 4 years?

This shredder is rated for 6 papers but 6 papers is pushing the limit. It sounds like it's going to die as it bogs down through the cycle. With this sais, my fear is the reliability and longevity of this product.

I ordered 2 shredder as a gift to a friend, but they send 1 used shredder, there's still paper remnants and paper dust on the shredder. I just feel ashamed that I ordered for a brand new item but they delivered used ones.

in shredding the first time, using less than 6 sheets, it jams.

Being a Fellowes shredder, I thought this is going to work for for a long time. It worked for less than a week. The forward roller in the shredder stopped working. I think the reverse one may still work, but it is not useful as it will not take the paper in.
