missing hardware ,which is a nightmare to purchase,went lowes finally found what is needed but grabed wrong size.. at least the pieces are available there..When purchasing products then having to add more unexpected money and running around..just sucks

Got the pool and it had a hole in it was able to fix it the pump do not work I have to order another pump

Recueved the pool, started putting the ladder together and the deck platform is broken, can not put ladder together@

well, i honestly can't give a review on the product because Walmart never delivered it to me, they also used Estes company and no help from them either...cannot provide delivery papers....neither company will stand up and agree that it was their fault and make it right. please, dont use either company for they have failed to help the customer

Day one a leak around the spout it's not coming out of that spout. It's coming from around it. Then today approximately Day 60 I am sunning near the pool when all of a sudden I see the pool start to go flat and the water starts flowing into the yard and then all over the yard. A seam ripped…OMG. Additionally hoses that came with didn't work with the filter, missing pieces. It has been a nice nightmare. My sister said that Day 1 with that leak we should have returned it then.

I will say it was easy to set up the pool part. The hoses that came with it to connect the pump to the pool do not fit the pump or the pool. The instructions actually say to go to your local pool supply store to find an adapter to make them fit. So we accomplished that filled up the pool and the pool is leaking. So two days of work and all those gallons of water have been wasted. It is leaking right where the hose connects to it to go to the pump. It is not leaking through the hose or the connector it's the way the connector is sewn into the pool or glued in or whatever water is squirting out right beside it. I submitted for a return and they want me to box up this 18 ft diameter pool that the boxes have been thrown away for them to pick up. Ridiculous

Shipping was an absolute joke!!! Came late and never updated the shipping website! JOKE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As soon as we filled the pool a quarter of the way, there is a leak. Can't find it. Now what????????

Pool was delivered damaged. The process to return item is extremely difficult. Walmart does not stand behind this item.

Terrible purchase ring doesn't hold air and pool doesn't hold water.
