I have picked up this Fenbeli air cooler originally for my bedroom to add extra cool air, but found I love it for my garage! it helps to keep my garage cooler while I am working out there without taking up much space at all. the remote control is convenient, and it runs quieter than most fans. It's perfect for a small workspace during the hotter times of the year.
I feel like to spend a lot of your time outdoors this pipe functioning fan that also has the ability to store ice packs to give you an even cooler air is perfect. We put ours out while the kids were playing on a waterslide in the backyard and it kept everyone from getting overly dehydrated or overheated. Great for indoor and outdoor use.
My family is so happy with this air cooler. It feels like a regular air conditioner within 3 feet distance. I placed it on our dining table so we are able to enjoy our meal. Of course it's not an air conditioner so don't expect it to cool the whole room. But within your personal space, it does the job very well. I'd like another one in my bedroom next to my bed and another one at my study table.
This unit so far has been doing the job that I bought it for. Gives us enough cool when battling the hot weather, especially when I use it outdoors. I am very pleased with it . My friends couldn't believe what I paid for it.
This fan is great to use if your AC doesn't work the best. My AC doesn't work well upstairs and it's always dry up there so this was a great solution. Evaporative cooler works well! No complaints whatsoever so far :) The instructions are in broken English and can be confusing to understand, so if you're struggling through them here's what you need to know: the bottom tank is not removable, you pour in water through the top. The little "stick" that you hear rattling around in the bottom is a water level indicator. Make sure not to run the cooling mode without water inside, it can damage your water pump!
Instructions have no visual guide, poorly translated from Mandarin. For anyone questioning the "swing" button, it's 'oscillation' translated to English. It's a useless feature. I'm returning this because the air does not get cold enough. It's fine if you want to use as a humidifier. The ice packs provided don't stay cold enough so I've used my own ice packs to keep the water cold but the temperature of the air is still too warm coming out. FYI you need to fill the tank enough for the water to be pumped into the top reservoir, the idea is for it to recirculate chilled water. The instructions don't say this.
Product did not work for me as other said. Too much trouble filling and refilling the tank and as for the ice packs didn't do much good cooling anything. Just invest in a 5000 BTU air conditioner for 90 degree days. Did wind up taking back to Walmart.
Bought this to help out with cooling a room that gets hot in summer. For the life of me I could not open the container to add the ice. No matter how many times I read and re-read the instructions, nothing would allow me to get to add the ice. I finally gave up and returned it.
I returned mine 3 hours after it was delivered. I would not recommend this item, and it does not do what the description states. Additionally, as someone else stated, I believe that these are fake reviews. These reviews are imported from the seller's personal website, which is Fenbeli.com, over to Walmarts website. You can look at the bottom of the reviews and see that this is the case. Additionally, if you go to the sellers website you will see that all the reviews are the same length, one or two sentences, and they all praise this thing. I think they should only be able to use reviews from sales made on Walmart's website, and not reviews from their personal website that their friends and family most likely wrote. The remote for this thing only worked a quarter of the time, the instruction book looked like it was written by a two year old, it stated that the tank comes off (which it doesn't), and I could go on and on. Also, when the water circulates to the top where the ice packs are, it barely trickles out. So it barely even touches the ice packs that are supposed to cool the water. You also wont be able to reach this company by phone or email. I tried before I returned it with no luck. This is a $78 piece of plastic that does nothing more than a $20 fan would do. I feel like I need to write this review to warn people, because I cant stand scammers. I dont think Walmart should let sellers import reviews from other sites. They should make these sellers earn their reputation based off of Walmart sales reviews only. This was a very disappointing waste of time, and this seller is in dire need of some integrity.
I disliked that you had to pour the water on top. Also how fast the small ice packs would melt. The remote is labeled in a way that I don't understand what some of the settings are. It was also very loud for its small size. I got a box fan for a much lower price and it worked way better. Still to the summer classics to cool down. This a no for me.
