very pleased with the quality of this post driver. using for iron garden stakesand does thejob. seems heavier than 12lbs, very sturdy, does the work for me.

My husband told me that he wishes he had bought this post driver years ago! It is very easy to use makes quick work of pounding in heavy duty metal stakes for his vegetable garden plants.

This tool worked wonderfully and we needed to move the fence because a ramp was going to be built for our handicapped son in a wheelchair.

The item arrived quick. However, it did not drive the post past the T portion. It was an 8 foot post, so, maybe this was only designed for smaller T posting? I eneded up having to pay someone with a heavier t post driver to actually do the job.

Inside this tube is a thin steel plate tack welded in place. I have to put about 200 tposts 2' into wet clay (easy) and this thin plate is already dented after 9 tposts. If it lasts to 100 posts, I'll eat my hat.
