I have to start with the only two negatives I have regarding this tool. %231, the hard plastic cap handle, requires gloves be warn as the way it is molded digs into your palm painfully and quickly. %232, the rake is foldable, but in order to fold it, the handle must be removed and the two bolts that lock it together also have to be removed. It would have been nice if some other locking mechanism had been chosen. Those issues aside, this tool is solidly built and has some substantial weight to it. It glides easily on the surface and almost like a wood workers plane, scrapes the surface moving it around to level things up. Very hard soil it won't do much other than scratch the surface but even slightly loose soil it moves with ease and precision. The handle is made up of 4 pieces that screw into one another with the bottom one bolting to the swivel arm on the rake itself. The piping for the handle is larger than many similar products making it a much better fit in your hands and giving much better control. But because the parts twist together, they can and do, untwist in use which is mildly annoying. All in, this is a very good tool and much more useful than expected. Definitely, recommended!

Very easy to assemble and very easy for storage

This flatting rake is great for working in the yard I used this to put a stone walkway in to make the ground level for my stones to fit perfectly

Quality seems good. The handle is 4 seperate pieces that need to be connected. I got this to level my lawn with sand. I'm happy with it.
