as a new member of the buddah's wisdom lifestyle , , i am convinced that the way the monks in tibet and surrounding far eastern countries had to have been doing something right to have achieved such long lifespans over thouands of years- - i watched videos and took notes several times before deciding to invest in the products required to get started and try it for myself- FENUGREEK was the first item i ordered because it is supposed to help with diabetes and appetite- every night i measure out 2 rounded tbsp of the seeds into a clean glass and cover the seeds with a cup of water and let it set overnight -this softens the hard shell of the seeds- -i can attest to the fact that it has helped to kill my appetite- 28 years ago i had hip replacement surgery and bled so profusely they had to give me blood- i swore the blood must have been from a fat person because i have been hungry ever since and have had a weight problem because of it - these seeds are crunchy and not bad tasting- they are very crunchie - i eat them first thing every morning and will continue to do so as i keep adding items that are needed to round out the program --- the soaking softens the hard shells and makes them easier to chew and digest which saves wear and tear on the body- they are also used in a lot of cooking for recipes from the far east- they can be roasted if desired to improve the taste- i am in for the long haul and look forward to my 84 year old body triming down to where i want it to be and managing the diabetes as a bonus - -

I needed these seats really bad. I am trying to sprout them as we speak. they came in a resealable bag. I am planning to use them for a variety of uses. especially for my smoothies and my hair and skin.

Nice, plump, good quality seeds, fresh and easily sprouted, which is what I mostly use them for. Nothing more infuriating than paying for old or irradiated seeds that don't germinate, but these are great!
