Perfect Transition Enclosure
This enclosure always gets bad reviews for its size. And yes, absolutely if this is your go-to for a permanent home for a hamster or mouse, they will be miserable. However for me, it's an add-on for other Ferplast items and enclosures, and will serve as a "transition" cage, travel cage or even an isolation suite for a sick mouse. It could also be used as yet another stop in a fun set of tube connections; in my opinion, Ferplast/Midwest Homes make the best connecting tubes of any of the current companies, and I have tried them all. Their tubes are sturdier and the connectors are easier to manipulate and feel more secure. As a bonus, instead of the rather gaudy color displayed in the photos here with the orange, blue and white, they sent me a pale green and light gray cage- normally that irritates me when a company sends a different color than depicted, but this one is so much nicer! I am very happy with my new add-on.
