This cage was super difficult to put together much easier if you have help, and i recommend a YouTube tutorial cause instructions in packaging not very easy to follow. But overall love the cage and so do my ferrets!

Perfect for ferrets

Robert July 30, 2021

This a fantastic cage. Nice and high bottoms perfect for ferrets. For those who have ferrets you know why. Its big. Fairly sturdy. After researching many cages I saw a lot of negative reviews because of the build process. It does take time but I found a video on YT that showed the process. The biggest suggestion I could give is to first take the bottom corners and pair them with the wire framing. The slots and the framing is a little bit smaller. The video suggests building the top first and you can accidently slide the smaller frame for the bottom. I did it with 2 sides so I had to take the top apart. They do not explain this anywhere in the instructions or video. Other than that easy enough to build. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the doors. They are difficult to open and close. If your short like me the top access is unreachable without a step ladder. All things considered I love the cage and so does my ferret.

Disappeared in cleanliness

Rebecca February 9, 2023

The cage came dirty! There are stains that resemble rust stains, which obviously isn't possible on plastic. We have scrubbed it but they appear permanent. This is our third cage of this kind. We order new every so often due to it being plastic. This is the first time it has come dirty, although I normally order from a different site.

Looks like a great cage but poorly manufactured.

Jacob June 28, 2021

Next to impossible to put together without a hammer. Called the manufacturer asking for replacement parts but they told me it was somehow walmarts fault. Don't buy their products, bad business.

i've had to reorder this cage FOUR times

August April 21, 2022

literally ... i've had to reorder this four times. the first time, the parts were defective and could not be put together at all because of the way some pieces were shaped wrong. so i sent it back and ordered a second time. it was fine. flimsy, poorly made, but fine because it's big and we have 5 ferrets and they need their space. the third time was because our cage got damaged when we moved (because it's poorly made and couldn't survive in a uhaul) and despite being under warranty they would not replace it (our renters insurance would have, but for a 500 dollar deductible, which obviously wouldn't have been worth it), so we had to throw most of the parts away and order the cage again. same problem as the first time, the parts would not fit together at all. so we had to return it AGAIN and order again. i would never recommend this to anyone, if you have a lot of ferrets you'd be better off just saving up for multiple cages.
