This was exactly what we were looking for for our preemie twins.

It seems fine. It arrived late and the boxes were so beat up they couldn't contain the meds so we taped them back together. However, this brand is highly recommended by our pediatrician and this was the best price by far. My kid hates the taste and you want to administer at tye back of the mouth to both minimize taste and reduce the possibility of stained teeth. Bottom line the majority of American children are anemic with real health concerns. I thought I could handle it with diet but I've had my toddler's blood drawn 3 times now and she's always anemic. I'm so glad I could find such a good price on this brand.
