Ferry-Morse "Grow the Sunshine" Sunflower Seed Variety Pack - 7 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We planted these seeds, and they have started to sprout. If you enjoy planting or gardening sunflower seeds just add such privacy but also a good alternative to a salty snack by baking the seeds when bloomed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little early to make the review, but I will update as soon as they start to germinate. I had always wanted sunflowers, especially these ones, which are the giant ones. They arrived just in time so we could plant them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sunflower seed packet free through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. There were about 7 or 8 seeds in this packet. I planted 5 of them (I'll probably go back in a few days and make more room for the remaining ones). Sunflowers usually grow really well where I'm at, so I'm expecting these to pop up in a little over 2 months (around mid August then). I've grown the big ones before and they tend to be very tough, low maintenance flowers. My review is incomplete until they grow, so I will plan on coming back and updating this in a couple months time.

The package full disclosed how to prepare and care for the seedling up to its maturity. I was very surprised by how many bloomed without failing due to soil adaptability and outdoor pests. I think that this is a great value and has a high yield rate per package.

These seeds unfortunately never got a chance to germinate, and I blame my lazy cats… they let the chipmunks run around eating everything, so they were gone before they ever had a chance… ahh country living.

The seeds came in a standard seed packet and were big and healthy looking when I opened them. The directions on the back are foolproof and we followed them exactly. They can grow over 16 ft tall so I can't wait to see my sunflowers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got these and quickly decided to get them in the ground. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the package only to find 7 seeds. I would've liked to have at least double this to properly sew a few per hole and thin out if needed, but now i will hope they all grow. It's also a bit later in the season than I would like to get these in the ground (I'm zone 6A).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the giant sunflower ! So far I'm excited .. the seeds sprouted quicker than anticipated within a couple days and I've planted them . I'm hoping at least a couple make it because I had at least 4 spout . I wish there was more time to leave a review so I could see if they end up coming up but we will see what happens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who doesn't love sunflowers & these grow here in WV especially in the summertime so good!! Love to watch them bloom. And they grow quickly especially if taken care of. We don't have much problems with pest issues here so very satisfied with these plants. Would definitely recommend these plants !!

I bought a packet of these and it only came with 8 seeds. Of the 8, only 2 sprouted and the rest were either empty shells or were clearly too small and had not formed right. Of the 2 that sprouted only one survived and despite it being a very happy and healthy plant in full sun it has only grown to 6 feet and is now already opening it's flower. I wish I hadn't told my entire family that it was supposed to grow to 14-16' tall. I can say that it certainly grew quickly and it has nice giant leaves.
