Ferry-Morse Online Edition Forget-Me-Not Flower Seed Bundle - 8 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, it's been too hot here (100s) to plant them. However, when I can, these flowers are going to be beautiful. I absolutely love Forget-Me-Nots. I was born in Alaska, and Forget-Me-Nots are the state flower. The Germination rate is 8-14 days. They are mainly pest resistant with the exception of aphids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ferry Morse Forget Me Not Seeds have a good amount of seeds that looked of good quality. The packaging was well detailed and I was happy that my area was still in the planting time. The directions for planting were easy to follow. 8-10 days to germinate and 80 days to bloom. I love that they are perennials so I will see them every year. So far after day 8 we have 28 sprouts!! So excited to watch them grow.

The packaging quality was great and the growing instructions were easy to follow. They had medium pest resistance as well, depending on where you decide to grow them.

I am starting to see some colorful buds, they have not fully matured yet, though. So far, no chipmunks or animals have dug at them or damaged them. I hope they smell nice and add color to my yard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seeds did not sprout for me. I'm not the most experienced, and I had be out of town many times this summer but the seeds have yet to sprout. The instruction are clear and I hope they sprout towards the end of summer/early fall. They look like they'll bloom into a nice variation of blues and purples.

The packaging was nothing fancy but it did have a pretty picture of what the flower is supposed to look like. Nothing grew, I was disappointed. The growing instructions were clear, I just think I received them too late between review time and germination time. They still might pop up. Time will tell.

I didn't realize that there is an annual and a perennial, and that they are two quite different plants. I believe the photo on this seed packet displays the perennial variety, which is what I was looking for. However, this is the Chinese variety, an annual that grows a rather big, bushy plant with a few flowers at the top, not at all like what I think of as "traditional," low-growing Forget Me Nots. Nothing wrong with either plant, it's just helpful to be aware of the difference. If you're not sure, Google willl show pictures of both.
