Works great on 4c hair!

I have curly hair. It used to be very thick, but with age, it has thinned somewhat. I tried another brush dryer about a year ago, but it just tangled my hair and I returned it. I wear it long and using a regular dryer to blow out the curls is hard since it is a two handed operation. This was recommended by a neighbor and first time out of the box, it worked. One hand use, not too heavy, and got a smooth blowout in less than 15 minutes.

This brush is amazing! Definitely is strong and dries hair fast on speed 2. I haven't tried speed 1. My only issue is I thought yiu could grab the brush by the handle AND tip of the brush but you can only do so from the handle because it gets way too hot. Maybe it's because I'm using on speed 2, or that's the way it was designed, not sure. But overall it's a great item and I do recommend.

It worked for about two months. I used the brush only a handful of times. One morning, the heating component flashed orange and the brush went dead. However, the handle of the brush continued to heat up. The handle became so hot that I couldn't touch it. I had to take it outside because I was afraid it would start a fire in my home. Needless to say, I was super disappointed.

Used for 1 month and it quit working. It was nice but maybe too hot. I think that's why it stopped working. Never paid this much for a hair dryer but thought I'd splurge. I also thought if I paid more I would get great quality but if it only lasts a month ---- not worth it!
