FFH Loveseat with Chaise, 94.4" Oversized U Shaped Cloud Sofa, Modular Sectional Sleeper Sofa (Chenille Dark Gray, 2 Seater with 2 Ottomans)

i usually don't write reviews but this couch won me over. it's so comfortable I've literally passed out on it every time i lay on it. we ended up taking the middle piece out and connected the end pieces together and made a chaise type sofa out of the middle piece and attoman. super versatile set up as well. very great purchase

The sofa is a bit more mole pale in color compared to what is advertised but its exactly the color I wanted in my home. I searched for the right pink sofa for so long until I came across this one. The couch is very soft and comfy. Im a big girl and im 5'6 I lay across the entire sofa comfortably with so much room to spare. It is a little lower than I expected but it love it truly.

Beyond comfortable, it's unbelievable how good this sofa is for the money. I wish the legs weren't black and were an easier design to install so you could swap them out. But I actually wish I bought a bigger size, it's so good. 1000% recommend.

Love the color, The couch is stunning in person. Definitely cloudy! Couch is a little low to the floor. Frame could have been made with better wood to ensure longevity and quality.

The comfort level of this is amazing. The cushions are super thick. We bought the two seater with two ottomans. So great for lounging around, and the ottomans can be used for extra seating. Easy assembly. Arrived early. There is a zipper around the cushions to the able to wash them (I think). The only issues we see are that there is a slight off-gassing smell but it should subside. It's not super strong smelling. And the cushions might need a Velcro strip to keep them in place, but so far they haven't moved around. I'm probably going to get the Velcro strips just to be proactive.

The couch really is as big and comfy as the description says. The only reason I took two stars away is bc I'm having trouble getting some of the cushions to fluff up which is annoying quality wise bc idk how long it's going to last. To note, we've had it set up for a little over a week. I may try to put the cushions out in the sun to see if that helps to fluff them up. I got the pink 3pc w ottoman set. The pink is a light dusty rose fabric is like a chenille, very soft.

My dream couch but not functional. Couch sinks to the bottom and you could feel the couch's bones. Since the pillowing isn't firm, it gets very low and hard on the knees when getting up. I hope my review helps the company improve for future customers. It's such an aesthetically pleasing couch but unfortunately that's all there is to it.

This couch I wouldn't recommend. After one week the cushions just sink down. Everything else is great. I literally have to take the cushions off and stomp on them to flatten them out everyday.

Horrible customer service, have issues with the zippers on the armrests to attach to the sofa. First they never responded, then after repeated attempts, they replied and are doing everything on their end to NOT send replacement parts, keep sending me videos that are irrelevent to my concerns. I usually have no issues ordering from Walmart until this purchase. Will NOT recommend.
