It's great for me and my small dog. It works well in my small space. I like the wide arms to place remote, phone. The low back with pillows and arms are good to lounge and even lay down like on a sofa with the ottoman in long position to chair. I also use ottoman as a bench against wall for my dog to play. The bench is sturdy for sitting. Using 2 inch risers on legs . The Velcro placed arm cushions are ok but also where quality level is most visible. Dog already chewed through a pillow zipper and inside is a light fiber web. The gray has a blue undertone I'm glad as it goes well with my other chair also gray blue undertone. This chair came. The box was severely damaged. The chair is very dirty. It's almost like it was outside the box. And that's why the box was taped up like it was. Very disappointed

Both brackets holding legs in the back completely split in half weight limit says 400 pounds person sitting in it was 250. There's no way that should've gave away. Have pictures to prove it.

No idea how well this item is as it was “lost” during delivery. 100lb chair just magically lost. At least Walmart was completely useless in solving the problem.

Chair of as hard to put together, some of the holes for the screws do not align. Cheap, fabric bunched, chair is super small… doesn't look like the picture.
