FGO Ashwagandha Tea, Organic, Eco-Conscious Tea Bags (20 Count)

I was hesitant to try this for years. Even after I purchased, it sat in the cabinet for a few weeks. I finally tried it and used the instructions to put honey and lemon in it. I didn't have a lemon but I used a lime. It was so good. Think this is now my go to herbal tea!

This is a great option for getting your Ashwagandha intake. And you get 20 bags! I absolutely love the packaging and that it can be resealed and you're able to squeeze the air out for freshness. These are little circle tea bags, no string, but they work great, and you can scoop them right out with a spoon when ready. I always let my herbal teas steep for at least 10 minutes with a lid over my cup to make sure I'm getting the most out of each bag, These are a great quality, have a lovely herbal smell, and you can just tell from the packaging alone that this company cares about their product and presentation. It's a very high quality feel and taste for a very nice price. Definitely recommend.

I love teas and I take an ashwaganga supplement every other day but the tea relaxes me I put a stick of cinnamon sweeten with honey 🍯 then sit back and relax it's perfect for these cold days.

Had read that ashwaganda was helpful with sleep so I thought I would try this tea. Taste isn't that great but it has helped me sleep deeper than before.

I started drinking ashwaganda tea daily to help my cortisol levels. The taste and smell are somewhat of an acquired thing, but it isn't offensive. Think earthy sweet smell and taste. I have also used plain ashwaganda root, and these bags are definitely stronger and more potent that the actual root. This isn't the cheapest tea, and for that I'm open to experimenting with other brands. In addition, the bags don't come with any string, and I'm not crazy about sticking my hand or a spoon in my mug to fish it out. But it is worth the money.

This is a small tea bag that when steeped has a lot of flavor. Almost taste like asparagus to me %26 a little bitter. Easy to add to smoothies or veggie drinks %26 does help me sleep deeper.

the taste/smell by itself is kinda weird..but if you mix it with another tea and add lemon juice I've found it to be much more tolerable

Good, not superb flavor. This is bitter but not a problem as teas is meant to be sweetened. I enjoy it to relax and for a break from my strong black teas.

they have a very strong undesirable taste for me. Ashwanda is a required taste for sure, not for me but others may like it. it's really overpowering no matter how much sugar you add.

If the smell doesn't convince you not to try it, the potent, earthy taste will. It's very strong and no amount of sugar, honey and lemon will hide or disguise the taste! I used the rest of the tea bags for composting for helping my plants to grow, cz that's about the only thing you can use it for.🫤😣
