I love FHI heat products. I also own their flat irons and I bought this because their products do not damage my hair despite heavy heat use.

Great Purchase
This iron is well worth the money. It heats up in seconds and straightens with one pass making you hair straight and silky! This is my first FHI iron but it will not be my last!

Quality flat iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this flat iron! It's gentle on my hair, which has medium density and medium thickness, and leaves such a natural shine on my strands. The tool itself is sturdy, yet not too heavy. I love the floating plates as well for a more precise and smooth press.

Hair Looks Professionally Done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! Not too much heat is needed for this device. It heats up quickly, and has a smooth finish. Once I take off my scarf the next day my hair is still smooth. I am going to purchase the 1/2 inch next. Love that it is ceramic and protects my color treated hair.

Excellent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is excellent. I've had one before for over 25 years and I was so excited to see you had a website to purchase another. Money well spent. It's great for wavy to straight. I use it on my grandkids who have curly hair and it straightens there hair without any problems.

It does not get hot enough from the review it seem like it did.. it may be ok on natural hair but not for wigs /lace fronts

Very disappointed
I've owned my previous FHI for over TEN years but it's starting to not heat up as well so I ordered a new one but it barely heats up even when I set it to 400°! I can touch it and its not even warm! Im trying to decide if I should have it replaced or just get my refund. Very disappointing. . .
