Fiebing's Leather Dye - Alcohol Based Permanent Leather Dye - 4 oz - Dark Brown

I use this to "restore" shoes %26 belts, and it dyes very deeply and evenly. I apply it carefully so that it does not splash, and I open the window or the door so that I do not inhale any 'fumes." When finished, the dye is very even, and the leather is ready for many more years of service.

Walmart was the only place that I found this dye. This is the best dye in my opinion.

It is an excellent product that works. I bought a shoulder strap for a briefcase I acquired. The briefcase was a deep, dark brown, whereas the strap was a noticeably different medium brown. Two coats of Fiebing's dark brown leather dye did the job. There is no smell, residue, or staining onto clothing once it is dried and buffed. I have no hesitation recommending it.

It's not really fair to give it a 3 star. I tried to use it on leather, not suede. Yes, I realized they're the same piece of material, but the leather side did not absorb the dye
