Field Tuff Cultipacker 48" 3 Point Hitch Soil Preparation Tool, Black

I purchased this unit about a month ago to help plant wildflower seed. I ordered it and had it shipped to the closest Northern Tool store. It arrived packed in a plywood crate. It was easy to unpack and very easy to assemble. It included a hitch pin. I had two plots to plant. One had been solarized and was pretty soft. The larger plot had been treated with herbicide and was pretty packed. After using a drag harrow, I broadcast the seed and went over it with the Cultipacker. It did penetrate better in the softer plot. I feel it penetrated the firm ground adequately. I pulled it with my Kubota 500 cc side by side. It was fairly easy for this 69 year old to flip over for traveling to the plots.

Bought the cultipacker last month, was heavier than I thought it would be. Really smooths out my food plots. Have yet to see and run the cultipacker over to push the seeds into the ground but looks like it will work as advertised.

the cultipacker was very easy to assemble. after assembly, it transported nice and smooth with the wheels and was easy to flip over to use cultipacker. planted 2 weeks ago so i'm waiting to see if germination improved by using this cultipacker

Does the job well. Looks durable.

I'm happy with the unit overall and the price was good. One of the nylon nuts installed at the factor was not tightened properly but I was able to fix. Only thing I wish is that it had a little more weight to it. The ordering process was good but the communication or tracking could be better. When I checked the tracking online it stated it was on back order even though my unit had already shipped.
