In an effort to get my IBS under control, I had to eliminate stressors, such as caffeine. While I was never more than a one a day coffee drinker, going cold turkey on it was brutal. About a week into that, I made a desperate search for a coffee alternative and found Fig Brew. Figs are one of my favorite foods, so this was a fantastic find! For the past two months, I've been using Figgee as pour over, and I honestly don't miss caffeinated coffee! Since I started drinking Figgee, I no longer get any kind of afternoon slump.
