I had never used this product and I used others in the same categories. But I was at work and people was like wow your clothes smells so good. This was some days later and not only does the smell stay in your clothes really good but stays in days later also.
Came with a crack in the plastic of the head. I ordered another and it was cracked too. The spray was awesome, did everything it was advertised to do. The crack caused water to squirt out the back!
It came in a plain unmarked box with no pictures and no instructions, don't know how to even look for it online to figure it out.

the shower head doesn't fit in the wall holder.
Don't waste your time or money. We checked the filter after a two week span and it was filthy. The filters are suppose to last for 30 days. When you try to put a new filter in, the filter does not fit. Nothing is broken or cracked, it just will not assemble properly once it's taken apart. Terrible experience. I have to say my water pressure before this shower head was extremely low…now it feels like you're in a wind storm. I don't like the shower curtain moving all around, touching my body The shower feels good, but it just doesn't work consistently and is not worth my time
COUPLE OF WEEKS IN USE AND THE HOSE BLEW UP. VERY BAD MANUFACTURING!
bought this could not use it. was shipped to me in small brown box do not recommend it.
i hooked it up...it lasted maybe 2 min. Before it literally exploded in my face.
