Filtrete 14x30x1 HVAC Furnace Air Filter, MPR 300 MERV 5, Basic Dust and Lint, 1 Filter

Great filter for teh money. You may need to replace it more often than the more expensive models, but you can't beat the price for this one.

These are my go-to house air filters due to their efficient HVAC unit performance and fit. I have pets that don't shed.

i've used these type of filters for a few years now, and every change i am amazed how much dust is trapped as well as how easily it fits int the vent hole.

Reasonable and worth the sale.

Description made it sound like a 2 pack but was only one filter. The delivery process a was so bad I'll never order online from Walmart again but the product itself is fine.

Filtrete is a reputable and affordable brand. I change the filter every month, which I can do quickly with a step stool, and I have a subscription to have three shipped every three months so I never run out and miss a filter change.

Not an issue with the product, however the use of FedEx as a shipper is a poor choice. FedEx cannot be trusted as a quality premium delivery service. They gave me a yard job, ran into one of my trees and crushed my package. Unfortunately this is not an isolated event with FedEx.

In a very lazy and forgetful household, one of these extremely affordable filters would last for six (who am I kidding, nine or more months) before we'd finally remember to change it, and the darn thing would look like the crypt-keeper, but it sure did it's job! I've now replaced multiple whistling filters which turn black in a month. The support of the pleats is gone, even though the fit is fine. Something is definitely changed with the material itself, as we have nothing in the house to cause these problems, and from other recent reviews, looks like we're hardly the only ones. For a cheap filter, sure, you get. . . less than you pay for, at this rate. Until I find a replacement, I'm going to weight the edges of the current one, see if that cuts the whistle, which really, is more of a scream. Granted, this is a 3M product, and this is 2026-- its expected that value isn't value, but a cheat.

You get what you pay for. These filters pick up into the vent and ‘dome' causing them to whistle. We have to replace filters AGAIN after 1 week because the whistle sound was so bad.

These filters have a frame that is indented on one side. This makes the frame weak and the pleats not as deep. Terrible design choice. The weak frame makes it difficult to stay in the return when trying to close the door on celling mounted returns.
