Filtrete air filters MPR 300/MERV5 are the best quality and value for air filters inside your home. I've researched filters for HVAC/Central heat and air units and in Tallahassee the MERV 5 is sufficient for filtering the air inside the home. Unless you smoke inside the home, have lots of pets, mold, pollen, smog, or exhaust ... the MERV 5 will do the job! I have normal household dust, lint, and the MERV 5 even filters dust mite particles that come from household dust. So save your money and try Filtrete MERV 5 filters! I won't pay the higher prices for the filters that cover smog, smoke, mold, etc when I don't have those issues inside my home.

Just put it in so far so good, I have used this brand in the past and they work well. This time I wanna see if it lasts 90 days (3 months) or close to it. Good price.

These filters help cut down on the dust in my home. I can no longher manuver stairs and could not get my filter changed in Dec-Jan. The cobwebs and dust that accumulated was very surprising.

I place this air filter on the back of a 20”x 20” box fan and use it an air filter it works great! This air filter lasts at least 3 to 4 months! Plus it beat the price of those air filters for those other air filters models. Because I live on Social Security so have to be careful of what I buy to save money!

Love this product it's very good I had switch and used another brand and I regret it cuz it didn't do it's job like this brand I had less dust and I wasn't sneezing and with the other one I did I have allergies and I could tell the difference I was going to wait till I used all the ones I had and switch back to these to see if that was the problem I couldn't do it any more I switched back to this brand and after a few days I can tell the difference I spend so much money on the other's but this one cost less I thought that it would do better but no it didn't so be careful what you buy cuz it cost more you think it would do better think again

I have allergies and find its best that I change out my AC filters every month, so I just get these MERV 5 filters instead of splurging for the MERV 8 or higher. Plus, sometimes I think the higher, denser filters can cause my AC to freeze up. So I'm really glad Walmart has these Filtrete MERV 5 filters for under $6 each.

Not to bad. Just got a bit smashed b4 I received it. Price is affordable. Otherwise it would of received a 5 star rating. Sometimes the outer cardboard needs a little piece of scotch tape… but, all in all, decent for the cost.

This is a high-flow filter, not a fine-particle one. I don't use it in my furnace, but rather in a holder that I built to attach to the back of a 20" box fan. It does fairly well keeping dust and pet hair from accumulating.

Wrong size. i ordered one which was cotrect size. recd 2 both of incorrect size. Called Walmart and was told I would get a credit for the 2. rececived a credit for 1!
