We have three cats so the cheap filters our apartment supplies weren't cutting it. Since we changed to these filters we have seen a noticeable difference in the amount of allergens in the air. They really help when you have kids with allergies in the house.

What had happened is my brother ordered and I ordered one so I'm sending mine back, but I don't know how to do it cause I've never seen anything back. It was for our grandmother. she has passed away now for her birthday for yesterday. If you'll send me a message on how to return it or just take it to back to our Walmart and tell him that we didn't need it after all because she passed away too soon.

Good quality allergy filters at a good price. Snug fit in return air vent. We have carpeting and pets, so they are helpful without putting a strain on the heat/air unit.

This filter is easy to install or set up and identify the airflow direction. It's efficiency in homes with pets and plants is awesome as I see less dust on my ceiling fans and furniture

a couple more dollars THEN i USUALLY spend on furnace filters , but they were constructed well , nice to have some body to them when you pushing them in .

You should change your AC/furnace filters every month when you are using it, and these filters are great for removing dust and particles before they are sucked into your HVAC system. Buying in multi-packs saves you money on an item you are going to use every month. Great insurance for your HVAC system.

It's a bit tight fitting, but was how my 1992 house was made. Not the companies fault it is a tight fit. My son has allergies to Dust, Pollen(s), and Molds. I trust Filtrete, by 3M all his life. You want your home a " safe zone" from everything your child is allergic to, and these filters never let me down in all these years. They are a bit more pricey, but the results are worth every at ease breath, my child takes in.

Filtrete Merv 11, 2. Pack We were looking for a filter that captures bacteria, viruses, and allergens with good air flow so it doesn't stress our HVAC. We currently have no pets. This filter is good. It has 14-16 pleats (I am told the more pleats the better). It is suppose to capture 85% of large and 50-85% of small bad stuff and have a good air flow. We change these about every 3 months. But I recently learned you should change based on your furnance/air-conditioning use. This makes sense because when its really cold or hot most people use their HVAC more. Note: After my purchase I was told I should get the Merv 12 which captures more of the small bad stuff and costs about 8 bucks more for a 2 pack.
