Filtrete 20x25x5 HVAC Furnace Air Filter, MPR 1550 MERV 12, Allergens, Bacteria & Viruses, 1 Filter

I have been buying this type of filter for about 15 years and it has been doing a good job in Southwest Louisiana where allergens, dust, and mold are abundant.

It's a good chromebook only thing is the key pad goes on and off great but sometimes when I'm using in bed it's kinda wobbly and comes partly detached but that's probably my clumsy self I'd buy it again

We have been using Filtrete filters for decades to help with our family's allergies, and the quality is high. This size filter was hard to track down, and the local Walmarts did not have it in stock. After I ordered it for shipping, the initial delivery date was delayed to a day that we would be out of town. Fortunately, the Walmart in the town we were visiting had it available for pickup, so we did get it. Hopefully Walmarts will stock more on the shelves in the store regularly.

Some of the cardboard support in the filter was broken. Likely looked like it got squished a little but it still had its original form and I used it as is. Outer part was stable and filter looked good and filtered out a lot of contaminates.

The first filter that was delivered was not in a box and was crushed. I had to return this and another arrived in a box that still had some bumps and indents but I didn't want to deal with returning another one. So the product itself was fine--but the handling of the product and delivery was problematic.

Ordered on line. When I opened packed to install it I discovered the cardboard frame and filter panels were crushed. Have to assume it was damaged in the shipping/delivery process.

this is the third time I've purchased this exact size make and model of HVAC filter the last three times I've purchased them the cardboard has been bent warped and broken in places also my house was full of dust after the third week and I clean regularly as well as dust and vacuum

Ordered the filter via delivery. It was delivered to my residence and was bent, mangled and totally unusable. These large filters are not cheap, upwards of $35-$45 each. The filter itself is very good but to deliver mangled unusable filter that has been paid for is totally unacceptable. I would include a photo but I no longer have the filter. I had to go to a different store and purchase a useable filter. This delivery was about a month ago and just not receiving this review.

The dimensions on this filter are wrong. Almost 5.75 inches wide. Would not fit in my furnace. Fell apart when trying to modify width. I will not buy from this or anything from this source again.

Ordered a two pack and only received one spent a couple hours on line before they gave me an answer and then they sent the second one in a plastic bag instead of a box so it was smashed/ crushed so I spent a couple hours and finally gave up I can't seem to send it back so I will try attempting to get it replaced at my local walmart😩
