Final Fantasy X - PlayStation 2

This game was released for the Playstation two some odd years back. Don't let that fool you. This game may be of old origins for today's gamers, but the replay value is astonishing. This game broke barriers and set new standards for RPG companies to live up to. My advice ... If you've never played this title before, pick it up and experience the gaming pleasure for yourself!!

Awesome game everything so far is working

Final Fantasy X marks the beginning of the end for the traditional RPG attributes commonplace in the fantasy series. Times were changing for Squaresoft, that soon merged with Enix after the production of FFX. Nobou Uematsu, music composer of Final Fantasy, had made this chapter his final bravado before retirement. He does not disappoint us, and nor do the game designers. The game mechanics of Final Fantasy X take the series in a new direction with the innovative sphere grid for leveling characters. Players can power their characters by earning sphere points and purchasing new abilities and attributes as they gain experience. Graphically, the game is quite dated by today's standards; however, the world of Spira still remains a beauty to behold even after seven years. While developers now push to create RPGs in the mold of online playability, it's refreshing to remember the good old days of Japanese design. Simplistic, yet innovative. Colorful characters and addictive gameplay. Final Fantasy X will stand out as the turning of the tide for the Final Fantasy series. A good turn? Only time will tell.

Final Fantasy X has received awesome reviews from PSM and IGN. It's a great game and a great contribute to the Final Fantasy series. It was the first FF to show distinct face emotions and awesome CG scenes. Summons took a big change whereas you can actually control the summoned creature. One of the main character who is a black mage stands unique and stands out from the other mages who doesn't use a typical staff, but a magical stuffed animal (moogle or others). It even attacks if you command it. It's a great story, and it even has its own sequel. (young kids should back off from that game though.) It's a great story and a great game. Buy it for your collection or enjoyment. I got it for a great price.

This game is an amazing asset to your gaming collection. If you are a fan of the Final Fantasy "logs" or not, Final Fantasy X will leave you on the edge of your seat. With the newly made Grid Sphere, players now have the option of what they want they're characters to have. a 5 out of 5 in my book.

I just got a Playstation 2 and knew that this had to be the first game I had to own for it. I've always loved the final fantasy games and I wasn't disappointed in this one. The music, the graphics and the story is an example of Square's quality production at it's finest. The fact that the characters now have voices makes the game even more exciting. I am looking forward to seeing how Square has risen the bar with the other Final Fantasy games after this. In short I highly recommend this game for anyone who loves role-playing games or just loves a good story.

This game is exquisite. A game that makes you use your problem-solving skills. This game makes you think. It also makes you never want to put the controller down. It is that awesome. I wish they would make a movie on it like they did Final Fantasy: Advent Children, Which is a awesome movie, that would be even awesomer. Buy this game, it will keep you on the edge of your seat with awesome game playing. :) I LOVE IT!! Woo-Hoo!!

In my opinion this Final Fantasy game is just as good, If not Better then Final Fantasy XII that everyone makes a big fuss about.

the gameplay and graphics are pretty good for ps2, and the level of customization is good too. story could be a little better, but i only have one real problem with this game. the main character, tidus, is a total wuss. all throughout the game he's crying and whining and complaining about his famous dad and how he was such a meany. a soft side is acceptable, but he literally cries and complains the whole game no matter how awesome of a fighter u make him. but overall, good game.
