Finer Form Gym-Quality Sit Up Bench with Reverse Crunch Handle for Ab Exercises (Black)

Excellent sit up bench. The best part of the bench is it's stability. It is as stable as anything at the gym. The arched bench is also very comfortable to use. The footholds are placed properly to eliminate excessive use of hip flexors. Other equipment in my home gym is from Bowflex. I wanted a Bowflex sit up bench but they don't make one. This Finer Form piece of equipment fits in nicely. I would purchase this brand again.

Awesome price on an awesome piece of equipment. The bench feels good and solid, color is perfect too, just make sure you really tighten all the nuts and bolts otherwise it might feel unstable. My only gripe would be that the unit does not have wheels for ease of movement around the room your in. Other than that, I recommend this to anyone looking to carve up the abs. BONUS, I also use it for decline bench press on my benching rack because the leg pads hold me securely in place to prevent me from sliding down. Good stuff.
