Product not quality
My daughter received Rose for her recent 6th Birthday. Loved the product, the interactivity and the music. Unfortunately for us, the eye's did not open. They opened once when we first opened her, and then not again. Contacted WowWee who produces the product and was advised 'change the batteries'. Although I explained that was not the issue, they would not discuss anything until the batteries were changed. So, I changed the batteries, still no eye movement. Customer service then advised that there is nothing they can do because the product was a gift and I did not have a receipt. I would not purchase again from this company.Example: I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did...
