Fingerlings Interactive Baby Axolotl, Auggie (Purple), Swims & Lights Up

My granddaughter has heard all about the pet axie I had and now she has one of her own. She loves this thing she will not put it down. The lights are pretty and when placed in water it swims around and when you take it out it wags its tail like a puppy. It's adorable.

This is such a fun, engaging toy for my kids of all ages. One of my daughters is obsessed with axolotls and this is a great way to have a ‘pet' without the commitment. This Fingerlings axolotl is interactive with its changing lights and sounds. My kids love that it actually swims when placed in water!

batteries ran out almost immediately but loved it

This is adorable! Axolotls are very "in" right now with the elementary age group and the fact that it can be used as a bath toy is awesome.

My child is six so she has her bath toy crew so we just added this little guy since she's been improving with some things at school. He lights up tells her mood with different colors and plays tunes. It's tail wags and so cute when it takes of swimming in the bathtub good practice until she's a teenager and responsible enough for a real living breathing small pet lol.

Really cute little salamander robo pet. but it is supposed to have a mood ring agfect when you rub its head and display one color showong your mood it read but ours just always does rhe music and multi color flashing which is fine cause my 4 yr old son loves it anyways. he takes it in the bath too, if it gets too wet for almost a day it wont sound as loud it just needs to dry out. have had it for 3 weeks and batteries are dead already so thats a big downfall hence the 4 out of 5 stars.. i have trouble with the circle batteries but i will have to get some ASAP

My 5 year old liked it, its cute, and we played with it in and out of water...for a total of maybe 10 minutes since Christmas. Doesn't do as much as I thought it would, but I admit that I did no research prior to purchase. Meh. Guess it's okay for a $15 robot.

I would have loved this axolotl if it worked longer than 2 months. I like the lights and sounds and the interactive feature with your moods. However the mood lights hardly worked. I thought this came with a pool but I guess some do some don't. The main thing is this toy didn't work as it should have. Otherwise we would have enjoyed it. I bought this for my daughter to have a bath toy.

Product was very,very small compared to the advertising. I need to be more into looking for size length
