I really like the ease of installing and setting up. Don't have to go looking for keys just thumb on the knob and I'm in.
This door knob has been working great for the six months I had it and it still reads my finger unlike the last door knob I got so I definitely recommend this one!

This is a hard review to write, because I really do like the door knob and the product itself deserves 5 stars. However, it arrives with almost no installation instructions - a wire runs through the middle of the door knob; where does it attach? Some careful looking and I figured it out. Reviews that said there was an installation video, I would ask, “Where?” I couldn't find it for this exact door knob, and the manufacturer doesn't tell you on the basic guide to installing. They include a very helpful booklet on programming the door knob, and I didn't have difficulty with that. So, except for taking a while to figure out the installation, it was very good and I would buy it again.
Fingerprints work here and there. The code and Bluetooth works consistently. Decent product overall and easy to install.
voice on lock is too loud when you have a sleeping baby at night or early mornings. Keeps staying operation failed. its not a very good lock. you have to put your fingernon there sometimes over 5 times to recognize and unlock. definitely not something to have if your in a hurry to get inside
Isn't easy to put on and dosent lock
The app does not work in the US and it's really complicated to install.
Fingerprint is super unreliable and will most likely end with a lockout, using the app is backwards as you need to first activate the lock in order to perform a connection to it. You could use a key 300 times before any of the unlock options work. The code input sucks and it's really easy to hit the wrong numbers especially if it's dark and you can't see them lit up. Overall I give this product 0 stars and do not recorded you purchase it.
