They helped me improve!
The price was lower than anywhere else I could find. Wanted to try these to improve my stroke and timing. Only use at beginning of workout for correct positioning and pull.

Pretty color. But not effective
It didn't fit well. Kept either cutting into my arm or sliding off. Only added worry to the work out

A Gimmick
It is done absolutely nothing to reduce my number of strokes. I have left mine behind in the pool in case somebody else feels that might benefit from them. A waste of money if you ask me.
