I use the shirt in pool water that is too cold for me. It traps the body heat as you exercise and therefore keeps you warm. When you first get into the pool, it does not keep you warm. You must start to move so the body is making heat. I have used it 4 times so far and amazing how it keeps the muscles warm so you do not tighten up. I am a senior citizen and this is important in my exercise. I do laps for 35 minutes three times a week.
Great fit, excellent for cold weather! Love it!
Very comfortable, really good quality. Easy to put on and take off (even when wet).
This is supposed to fit snug but had to size up
