Finish Pacs Dishwasher Detergents, Fresh Scent, 8.8 Ounce, 12 Count

I have been a happy user of the “classic” tablets for many years. Now they are very hard to buy. I bough these instead, and I've been appalled by the heavy scent that's been added. Even when I open the container, there's a waft of weird, chemical smelling. “Citrus.” I decided to use tongs to avoid skin irritation and thought it would be ok. Now that I've used them, I find that I have to use an extra rinse cycle to get the horrible odor out of my dishes, particularly plastic storage containers and cutting boards.

I bought these around a month ago, I bought them in a large package with high hopes. They are all sticking together and when trying to take apart to put one in the dishwasher they are breaking and leaking everywhere! Very disappointing

These are what you are replacing the classic tablet with and they are horrible! My glassware already has started showing signs of etching and designs are being scrubbed of. The tablets I have used for years and never have had this problem (one time I tried cascade and they etched some glassware and I swore never to use them) These are going back to the store and I'll find another brand that won't change wants not broken. Bring back the tablets!

For such a premium-priced dishwashing product, Powerball Quantum has been incredibly underwhelming. The tablets do not dissolve properly, often leaving a gritty residue in the dispenser and on the dishes themselves. Even when they do partially break down, they fail to deliver a thorough clean—leaving streaks, spots, and in some cases, visible food remnants. Given the high cost and the brand's marketing claims, I expected far superior performance. Instead, I've found myself having to rewash dishes manually after every cycle. This product has not only wasted my money but also my time and water. Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

I came here to write essentially the same 'smell is too strong' review, and want to add that it's primarily an issue with plastic items - the scent adheres to plastic, not so much to porcelain and metal. My wife purchased these (106 count though that we will have to throw away) without realizing they were different. Please don't stop making what is now called 'classic', it is still the best.

I have been using the rectangle powerball with the red circle for a while. I would go out of my way to bring some home. It was perfect because all the others would either not dissolve of they would make our Tupperware lids taste like soap. The new powerball liquid tabs are just like the others now. My silicone and plastic lids all taste like soap. All of our leftovers taste like soap. Hundreds of dollars literally down the drain. Please don't reply with you telling me my water temperature is too high. Same dishes, same dishwasher, same water but different tab.

Nobody wants these. Please listen to your customers get rid of the gel packs and bring back the tabs your longtime customers want. I am online trying to find those and I'm not going to buy these. I'll just buy something like your old product from a natural competitor.

The powerball didn't dissolve! It didn't “finish” the job! Had to hand wash everything!

I have used finish products in my dishwasher all my life and have had siver cutlery for 20 years with no problem. Until now... what has happened in the past few months. All my cutlery has changed for the worse and is now yellowing.. the only new variable must be a change in formula from finish... please please recommend how I can get the older product? or which finish product to use? thank you in advance

You have got to be kidding me. Do you honestly think people want to eat their nice dinner on plates that smell like cheap perfume. Give me a break. Fire the reject who thought they would get promoted by putting stinky crap on our dishes. Are you people nuts.
