Best Christmas gift for my 5 yr old
My daughter loves it , very fast tho .
My kids love it and was easy to put together
It was fairly easy to put together. Is mostly plastic came with crack in it so we will see how durable it is. One downfall is the 24v battery is not removable so in order to charge it you have to get it close to an outlet.
First was broken so they replaced with a second one. Really nice.
Arrived with the plastic pieces cracked and broken in shipping!! Contacted Walmart immediately and told them of the issue. They told me I will need to contact the seller directly via email as it is foreign (China) and that the seller would email me back within 48 hours. So, repeated this process multiple times and never got a seller response! I paid over $200 for this for my grandkids birthday and purchased an extended warranty as well and guess what?? Complete waste of money, zero accountability. Zero customer service. Do better, Walmart!!
was broken in multiple places, not easily fixed with super glue. I have emailed them twice so far and have had no response.
The high- low gear didn't work. It was one slow speed forward. It went faster in reverse did not live up to what advertisement said.
i have reached out to walmart and the saler multiple times i received a broken jeep no one has responded or done anything to help me
Arrived broken. Contacted seller and they asked for pictures so they can replace parts. Sent pictures. No response yet.
