Beautiful Bench, But Arrived with a Broken Leg!
I really want to love this bench because it looks absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly in my space. Unfortunately, it arrived with one of the legs partially broken. The hassle of packing up a large furniture item and taking it back to the store for a return is just too much to deal with. Right now, I'm genuinely worried that someone is going to sit on it and have it collapse. Plus, the structural damage completely ruins the clean look and aesthetic of the piece. I'm hoping Walmart customer service can reach out to resolve this—either by sending a replacement leg, shipping a new bench, or offering partial compensation for the damage. It's a gorgeous piece, but the quality control on shipping needs improvement.
