I thought it was great! Plenty of decorations in one package. Didn't even use them all. The cows were so cute. I had a bit of trouble airing them up since I've never aired up a foil balloon before, but it worked out. It's been a few weeks and the foil balloons are still going.
All I need and for a good price, love it!

this was an amazing birthday party theme everything was so beautiful the only complaint that I have is one of the dancing cows the valve where you blow it up with the helium it didn't work it wouldn't let you blow it up
it is just as advertised if you get a helium tank the baloons were great and floated well only complaint is two of the cow baloons were smaller but they make great hanging decorations
Came with everything listed. Good quality items. Even comes with extras such as a straw for the foil balloons, string if you use helium, and sticky dots if you want to stick to walls. Had to assemble banner but very easily done. Would buy again.

Everything come packaged great and the ballons were so cute The cow balloons were small but it worked out well my daughter was Happy ❤️🎁🎂 The cake pop sticks were so cute with these cows🥰
the foil balloons were fine, but the regular balloons were so incredibly toxic i don't know how anyone would use them for a child's party. the black ones didn't inflate at all for some reason, neither manually or with a pump. i tried to inflate the other ones and started getting physically sick and dizzy from the chemical fumes. these are totally toxic and made everyone in the house sick after only being in the room for 20 minutes. i put them outside and hours later they still smell strongly like paint thinner. no way should anyone, especially a child, be breathing near these!
Was missing the happy birthday banner. Literally the main component.
