where has black garlic been my entire life!
while I will caution, only partially open the seal or it will overwhelm the dish. But it is a wonderful compliment to any food. Pork, beef, or chicken, it accents the meat's natural flavor and raises it to the next level, instead of overwhelming it as regular garlic does. Plus its much healthier and beneficial for cardiac health support.

Tasteless!
Don't understand the hype. Product adds no discernible flavor to any meat, sauce, rice, pasta, or produce that I have sprinkled it on.
