This heater is very pretty to look at plus puts out more heat than other stand up heater.

We got this patio heater as a wedding gift, and were very excited to put it together. The instructions however... not the best... took me almost three hours to put it together, and had to re-do a couple steps. The pictures for instructions were horrible, and the explanations were not clear. Once it was put together though, it was great! We love the look of the flame, it gives off good heat, and does not have too wide of a base, so it fits perfectly in our space. I would definitely recommend this product! Just be warned with the instructions!

Overall we love our patio heater and lucky for us I am a mechanic.quality built and very good fit and finish. No extra parts too! The assembly manual is the worse I have ever seen and a test to ones patients but the fight is well worth it!

The item is a great addition to our covered patio. It is visually stunning. The assembly was simple enough but some parts were bent and screws were hard to align with holes. Also, if you are seated right next to the heater you will feel heat, but it does not extend very far from the unit.

I bought this heater as a birthday gift to myself, and have not been disappointed with the atmosphere it provides. However, I found the direcions poorly written with print not so friendly to 50+ year old eyes. In addition, once proudly assembled, I was disappointed once again to discover that the igniter was nonfunctional. I have had to light it manually. I also found that the bottom panel that opens to permit lighting and exchange of the propane tank does not adhere to the magnetized fasteners whch are located on the middle plate. It seems that these issues could be easily addressed though I do have to figure out how to approach the igniter issue with the manufacturer.

The end product is gorgeous ... be prepared for a lengthy assembly. Pieces arrived pristine in the box but wouldn't fit together well and we had to use force to get the holes to align. Also the last step of assembly (bottom panels) literally can't be installed without undoing screws placed earlier. But when all was done, its gorgeous! It's impressibly tall but that means not a ton of heat for open area seated height.

While assembling this I learned that one hook on the door panel was missing! Of course this was the last step of the assembly process! I found the hook in the packaging - I guess it was welded on properly. I attached it with duct tape, but that is obviously a temporary solution. I need a replacement door.

The instructions and setup doesn't make any sense they shipped intermixed pieces with a different product. I just put together a smoker yesterday, I used to work at my Dads Sears store and put together vacuums BBQ Grills, you name it. But the instructions that came with this product are the second worst quality I have ever seen, The first thing you notice is there are 4 large holes on the bottom panel in the directions when in actuality there is 1 large hole, to put it short and to the point go to sears or Lowes/Home Depot and buy one that is assembled or purchase the other styles that have the correct directions and parts, we ordered online Through Wal-Mart.
