Fire & Smoke Society Morning Buzz Hot Honey Barbecue Rub, 5.6 oz

I was looking for the Wingstop Hot Honey seasoning and this is IT!!! The taste is very similar to wingstop. Not as much kick but it is very comparable.

I used this on a sous vide pork loin (not tenderloin, pork loin) I made in my Ninja Combi 140 degrees for three hours for a 2-3 pound piece of loin (145 internal temp). Comes out nearly as tender as a tenderloin and the rub makes it yummy. Mostly you taste the spicy but it's not overwhelming. The test with sous vide meats is always how the flavor survives a few days of refrigeration of the left overs. Sous vide is either seasoned with marinades or the seasoning is just put in the bag during cooking. Put a little olive oil on the loin, spread this generously all over it both sides put the meat in the sealed bag vaccuum out the extra air, preheat the water and let it cook. Will definetly buy this again hoping they make a bigger container.

This rub is the perfect mix of delicious savory, mildly sweet and spicy! We've used it on chicken and beef and so far it's been great on everything we've put it on! I keep buying it 2-3 at a time because I am afraid I won't be able to find it next time I need it!

I'm a very real person and YES I use parchment paper in my air fryer for easy clean up but listen! I don't know this company from the man on the moon but I tried it from my local Walmart and it did not disappoint! I only added the Hot Honey Rub seasoning to my chicken with some olive oil and air fried it and now I'm hooked! They can send me more Lol But this is an honest review! Bomb!
