Makes it so easy to have Mexican Street Corn! We use it on corn but also as a great spice combo on other veggies. This Thanksgiving I used it to change my standard scalloped corn casserole into Mexican Sweet Corn scalloped casserole and they ate every bite!!
If you love street corn from chiles then you’ll love this. You can also use frozen or canned corn. You don’t need a bunch of things to make this so it’s inexpensive. U just add sour cream, mayo, and cheese That’s it you add that to your grilled corn and that’s it. It’s a very tasty side dish.
Okay to start off with when I ordered it I thought it was frozen corn with the street corn seasonings on it. It is not it is only the seasonings. My daughter mixed a cup of sour cream and a cup of mayonnaise and used half of the seasoning packet and it was enough for two cups of sauce. that's a lot of street corn.
I love making my street corn with this seasoning. I make it for every event and get asked all the time the seasoning.
I use the seasoning to make chicken rice bowls. My family loves them
Cost to much
I would have to say hard pass to this. Was thinking it was going to be a traditional street corn seasoning but all I tasted was a under tone sweetness, Which was the cinnamon and coco I found after reading the package.
The flavor tastes like cheap plastic with a smokey flavor. Ruined the corn and I had to toss out the entire dish. Will not buy again. Taste was so bad that I will not buy any spices from this brand again.
Got scammed. Only received 1pack in a pack of 3 purchase and paid for it.
Tastes like cinnamon. Why? Save yourself the trouble and make your own seasoning blend or buy another brand.
